Setting a Page as StartScreen and Opening Page Animation

In Tiggzi design, is it possible to set a any page to act as the StartScreen? Also, is it possible to have a page to do a basic animation for a few seconds and then go to the StartScreen afterwards?

Thanks! Is there a way to time how long the image display is--say, for 5 seconds or until the data loads?

thank you for your prompt answer. I have two projects one is a "standard" and one a web project. In the "standard" I can choose ( I have the possibility ) the Start Page and in the webproject I have also two pages defined but no entry in the dropdown-menu. So I have not the possibiliy to choose one.
