Problem with registering iOS device for push notification

Hello,

I have an app with push notifications on. I followed the tutorial and it worked for my Android device. However, I cannot get the iOS device to even register in my database. Alert messages that should be running with the push notification events on the startScreen of my app are not running on iOS.

My app name is SDTFQSF and my database name is CrimeReporter. Both have been shared with support. I wonder if there is a setting in the iOS Binary or iOS Keys tabs that I'm missing to make this work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
