Sendgrid doesn't send HTML?

Hello I attached a panel as a HTML component to my message content for sendgrid, it send but it doesn't send all the data and it look like crap when it arrives.

You should check with formatting options SendGrid API provides. From the image, it looks like plain text was sent.

can i use my own mail. this is rediculous, i don't have time to learn their api; was looking for simple but of course that doesn't exist. lol. I thought this SendGrid was tried and tested, seems like more work needs to be done? Perhaps.

There is no way to send an email from JavaScript. The only other option is to use mailto: -- that will open a native mail app.

so the only way for me to get mail is to pay for it through this service, that doesn't work?

don't know man, someone just doesn't seem to make this platform better. i mean, i am new, and i have found a million and one quarks and things that don't work well. is anyone testing at tiggzi, or is it golf and semenars all day everyday? sorry just frustrated.
