Is phone gap integrated into appery or do I have to download it?

I see it is in built in resources but as my app does not resize or centre for a tablet, it is not activated. How to use the facility?

Hello! Yes, it's integrated into Appery.io. What device and OS version you use to test app? Could you show us screensot how does in look like when you install app on device?
