This has been happening for about a week and I don't see any posts so I assume it's something about my device.
Device = LG G2 with Android 4.2.2
Start app
Log in
Select any of three apps
Select run
Resulting error:
"Not able to load preview. Try again later."
I have one other device, Samsung pad3 also Android 4.2.2 that is working.

Please can you clarify, by the "Tester app" - you mean Appery.io tester app for Android or is it your own app?

Hello! Unfortunately we don't have LG G2 with Android 4.2.2, but we tested on Samsung SGH-i897 (Android 4.0.4) and Samsung Galaxy tab (Android 4.1.1) and were not alble to reproduce this problem Please install Appery.io tester app from Google play again and check if it helps.
I uninstalled and re-installed and it worked, but I did try it a couple times earlier this morning and it was working too.
Yesterday not one attempt worked and in the past it's been so rare that it works that I've just avoided using the app if I could get away with testing in the browser.
I'll keep working in it and let you know if/when it fails.

Thank you for the update. Don't forget, you can always build and install apk for the most accurate testing.
Just got my first failure of the day... when I retried, the whole app shut down and it gave me a chance to send a report, so I sent it and included the device information.
Worked at least half a dozen times this morning, however, which is the best it's ever done for me.

Let us know if the number of fails increases please.
It still has not come back in repeated testing and I wouldn't expect it to given my (short) experience with the tester app on the LG device.
I've only been using Appery.io for a short time, but I had never seen it work twice in a row before this morning. I've sent several notifications when the app would totally shut down, but if it doesn't do that, then I get the same results as I outlined in the first post.
Is it just normal for there to be specific devices or OS versions that won't work with it? Also, if there are certain device configurations I can test, I'm willing to do whatever I can to help get it working.
Hello! Most probably there is some specific problem with device configuration. Unfortunately we don't have an opportunity to test with this device to catch this problem thus there is nothing we can do... Does it works as expected on Samsung pad3 all the time?
