Push notification from one device to another device using appery server.

Hello!
1) You can send pushes from server code and from app using Push REST API. You don't have to use both. How do you want to send push?
2) How are you going to define device where you need to send push? Filter depends on that.
3) Are you going to send push at once or scheduled?

It would be great if you could have a feature on the database that generates an interrupt on a data condition and do it quickly. Is that a possible feature to add?
