Can you share custom components between apps? When I open app B, I want to be able to reuse custom components from app A and avoid recreating them.

This is not implemented yet. For now, you can create a backup of application А (with custom components) and then create application B from this backup (this will be the copy of application A).
I know it's not implemented. This is an idea. Is it on your wish list?
Another option is you can export the custom component as a plug-in. It will then be available for all apps.
Max, yes it is an option. However, Appery as IDE IMHO should compare with other classic IDEs (e.g. Visual Studio), where component panels are detached from any specific app. They are available across apps.
By the same design, I would merge the editor and the app list (backup, share, create, publish, etc.) into one page, so the component panels are always there, but only one app is open at any given time.
Agree, both are good features to add in the future.
