App works in browser but not on android phone 4.4.4

When I test app in browser all is good.
Phone dials, SMS works properly but
Once I install on my phone it won't dial or SMS.

My apps worked when I published them, but now as I make a couple small changed all the phone dial buttons and SMS buttons are malfunctioning.
I don't see the errors.

I just made a new app with 2 buttons.

1 = onclick Navigate to link tel:123321123

2 = onclick RunJavaScript window.location.href='tel:9321321321';

And neither one will work? I have shared my apps with support.
