Tiggzi has a feature for exporting CSV files in collection:

The values ​​in the file should be separated by a comma, as in the first row of column headings should go. You can do export on Settings tab to get an example of such a file.

Tiggzi doesn't provide any standard feature to do it.
You can export your existing collection, edit in Excel manually and import back. This pretty simple way to increase collection works for me.
