Mapping a list service to a select menu??

The reason why i had the database with 10 columns is that im using a user session id. So if I let once person update the rows via a form that will update all users yes? if that is the case i need it so that each user can change/update the data in size 1 to 10 then that will show up on the select buttonunder their login. How can this be done? thank you in advance..
