Problems with appery/eclipse. Finding jars and such.

Anyone with any help placing AdMob into their android app? I've got Eclipse installed, but this whole "Jar" thing just isn't co-operating. I'm trying to follow these instructions: https://github.com/sainttex/PhoneGap-...
However, I can't seem to get past step one. It shows the admob thing in my "libs" tab on appery.io, but it doesn't show up in Eclipse even after refreshing the app. There are too many shorthand words in those instructions. Help please!

See, the admob shows up under the "libs" tab on the appery screen, but nowhere on eclipse when I am trying to add it as a "jar". You can also see the "error" messages at the bottom of the Eclipse screen. Hopefully you can help me figure out what I am doing wrong. :-/
