You have an incorrect file structure. Each table header and value should be in quotes: code""/code and records should be separated with commas.

You have some extra quotation marks and commas. Could you please double check them?

What software did you use to create the file? Could you please send it in another format?

I got the file from import.io and they converted it into a .csv file. I tried to upload as .json and appery also rejected the file. I will sen it to you as json.
