Angularjs bootstrap image class fill in with a variable?

I set a variable call filter and fill in the image class, also I set a css class call filtergray and put the filtergray-filter but the image didn't effect.

Hello, I just trued but the image didn't reload

And I think that ng-class didn't effect anything coz I fill in the CSS in the ng-class it didn't work too, but filling in class it work

ng-style did work but ng-class didn't, but the image didn't reload
