It is there now and can provide a screenshot for you if you wish.

But for some reason when rendering, it doesn't show the label's text and the checkboxes themselves seem to get chopped off a bit (see screenshot).

Odd. It seems to be all of the sudden working. The mapping file has not changed (really, it didn't ) , and the only thing that was changed was that for mobilecheckbox5 we unchecked it's "Visible" property and then retested and it works. However, we then rechecked "Visible" property and it still worked. Did you guys hot deploy a fix last night ? Or could the browser be caching old content?
