Push via rest

When I send a push via rest request the server response have a field called "count" that is always 0... what is your meaning?

Hello! It's the number of devices you're going to send push.

ok but is this number populated also in "developer mode" (apple sandbox) for pushes? push is sent but count is 0

Hello! You need to link your app which uses Push to any DB and install app on device to register device.

I have already done, push was sent right to my device so why count is yet 0 ?
