Display two scrollbar problem

On 'upcome' page under header is carousel. It seems that everything is ok. Please clarify on what page is an error, and how to get to this page?

i put comment on the problem.
Now check i want header fix but below page going behind the header.
not set properly.
Please check in css code i change.

But now the I put header fix but it's scrolling.
I want header fix .I used Position:fixed But it scrolling .
How to solved this problem??

Hello,

It's better add headergrid to header and check "Show Header" property. Otherwise, scroll will affect only on the header.
