I'm working for an IT support provider. We'd like to build an app, that can send push notifications to our users, when we're experiencing problems.
There's an equal three way split between iOS, Android & Windows Phone users. So we'd really appreciate the inclusion of Windows Phone Push Notification.

It is definitely planned, but not tied to any release date yet.. I would say it is on research stage.
