1 "save" button - is button which is invoke your create service. This is in your app.

2 Open app in chrome browser. And press F12 on keyboard. Than click on "network" tab See details on the screen shot http://prntscr.com/40if7z/direct

Here it is.
Now there is only one answer saved in my database.

the answer for the first radio button was saved in the database. but instead, it saved the answer and the item number.
how do i save question 2 as well? i think i have to edit the rows right?
