Setting Datepicker value

it is called "Manava Provider". Username: mvp password: Abc123
You can reproduce it using following steps:
1) Login using above credentials
2) You will see one event in profile.
3) Click on "Edit Event" button. Check "Event Date" Value. It never gets updated.
ServiceName is "ListEventService". Page Name is "EditEvent"

It is not clear what should be the result on this page, could you please explain?
Service "ListEventService" - has JS code all commented out.

Now it is yy/mm/dd but you shoult set it according to your JS code (mm/dd/yy")
