No, to build .ipa file you don't have to upload all the pictures.
All you need to do is:
1) upload certificate in .p12 extention
2) enter Password
3) upload provisioning profile
Also you should set bundle ID http://docs.tiggzi.com/documentation/...

I am getting this upload
We are unable to proceed with the review of your app Grace Church - Greenville NC with the Apple ID 594668822 because it is missing at least one screenshot.
App binaries require at least one screenshot for every supported device. Additionally, you must provide the required screenshots for each localization.
