Title says it all. The first time I attempt to use FileTransfer to upload a file it fails.
The second time without closing the app I click the take picture button and take one with my camera it uploads the file successfully.
Everything seems to be fine. I even check the network connection at application start and that seems fine.
Any ideas?

Hello -- on what device and OS version did you getting this?
I'm using a galaxy nexus android version 4.2.1.
I was able to "fix" the issue by making the device make a 2nd attempt if the first attempt fails and it appears to work perfectly every time using this method.
It is really odd.
Occassionally the first attempt works, but then the second fails. It almost always doesn't work the right after a success.

I've tested on Android 2.3.1 and 4.1.2 it works for me. I couldn't reproduce this issue.
