Unable to remove data element connections

This may be a browser issue

While using Firefox and now Chrome, I find that I cannot remove the linkages between elements when setting up or modifying a service connection. It does not matter which type of connection.

  1. Create (or edit a service)

  2. Drag a connection between elements

  3. Attempt to delete the connection - nothing happens

  4. Select another connection - both connections stay selected

I initially had this issue with Firefox and now I am seeing it in Chrome. I am using windows. Is there a recommended browser setting or a recent change that might have caused this? I have not tried IE yet

Unable to remove data element connections

Hello,

Firefox and Chrome should work fine. There are any errors in console?

Unable to remove data element connections

Yes, result is same regardless of test

Chrome normal:
Document was loaded from Application Cache with manifest http://appery.io/app/resources/editor... editor:1
Application Cache Checking event editor:1
Application Cache NoUpdate event editor:1
event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead. <-- Error
Document was loaded from Application Cache with manifest http://appery.io/app/resources/editor... editor:1
2
Application Cache Checking event editor:1
2
Application Cache NoUpdate event

And when using Chrome private browsing (to avoid cache \ cookie issues reported by other users)
Application Cache Error event: Resource fetch failed (2) http://appery.io/app/resources/editor...

Any luck on this one? I have tried both Chrome and Firefox. I hope that I do not have to just start over rebuilding my connections...

Unable to remove data element connections

Hi,

After futher experimentation I can see that this is an issue with the history stored on the computer. To get it working again, I needed to clear all the cached images and files. In chrome you can do this without losing passwords.

Once I did this, I was able to delete connections again. I am not the first person with this issue so I think it is worth looking into to determine a fix as it impacts usability and acceptance
