Until now I encountered the error on the following devices: Samsung Galaxy SII, Samsung Galaxy SII+, Samsung Galaxy SIII (4.3), Samsung Galaxy SIV (4.3), Samsung Galaxy SIV Mini (4.2.2), Allview A4U (4.4.2).
On those devices I reinstalled the app, cleared the cache and reinstalled the app again. Still not working.
Worked on the following devices: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (4.4.2), Allview Viva H10HD (4.4.2).
Would the screen size/android version combination matter?

Meanwhile could you please send us a request to a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a with the reference to this post for we could send you the QR code of your app built by us for you could test it on tour devices? Or we can post it here if you like.

We also tested your app on Sony Xperia with Android 4.3 and the icon was correct, thus we are waiting for your email.
You can post it here, and I will test it as soon as I get access to the devices.

It seems changing the resolution to 256px solved the problem.
