What Plan is Required to Include Basic, Simple Database Support?

In my ( currently free ) test account, when I try to access the databases tab I get this message:

"emLooks like you need to add Backend Services plan.
Go to Account page, click Change Plan button under
Database to add Backend Services plan./em"

When I do go back to my Account Page -- I do not see how to change my plan in order to add/support Backend Services.

However -- In order to properly test this app-dev environment I need to try and finish at least one simple app, with a basic form, DB Query, and output.

Please Advise...

How exactly you try to open database tab? Can you post some screenshots?

Illya -- when I am logged into my account, I simply click on Databases and I immediately see the message ( See Image 1 ) in next post. It then immediately tells me that I need to add Backend Services Plan. And takes me back to my account page. I then can find now way to do this. And I am stuck in a circular loop -- unable to do anything.

And so that's it -- I go back and forth between Account Page and Database -- never actually being able to add any "backend services" to support my even starting a new project.

Can someone please help me?
Because ultimately I need to finish a complete, and very simple "Test App" that at least is able to:
Show Start Screen
Log into the database
Retrieve a Record
Show Formatted Record Content
Log out back to welcome screen

Then I can show this to my client and decide on moving forward.

If I can't do at least this -- then I have to move onto another platform with a test or trial account that does allow me access to back-end services so I can see how they work and how easy they are to code and interact with.
