Can't navigate to URL why?

I'm trying this site http://jquery-ui-map.googlecode.com/s... -- and I want to make a button that goes here, but appery won't let me. Why can't I navigate to this page from within appery

Please clear cache/cookies, then restart browser.Try to delete Event and create it again.

Cannot save event without completed data. Discard changes?
