Mapping to local storage problem

I'm having problems mapping values from a JSON array to local storage. Previously, the app worked, but having saved as a plugin and created a new app, I am now getting this uncaught error:

Hi Chris -

Could you please clarify, on what page and what service (name) you're invoking to get this errors in your app?

It happens on the contact page. The service invoked is named get_contact.

I've just recreated the plugin from a working app (Knowsley); I then created a new app with the plugin and it is working just fine.

I'm afraid I can't wait for this issue to be solved by support as I have a deadline and limited space on the account so I'm going to delete and recreate the defective app.
