Hi Ram,

Does it work for you when you install app on device?
What iOS and Safari version do you have?

Hi Alena,

my iOS ver is 6.0.1 and Safari ver is 6.0

i'm not sure i understand your first question "Does it work for you when you install app on device?" the app is a web application, no installation is needed so i'm not follow.

Are you able to create all certificates and test?
You can share app with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a so we can test, but it will take some time.

You need to go to http://developer.apple.com and click on "iOS Dev Center", then "Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles". You will need to generate you applicable certificates in there. (this requires a developer account with Apple).

It can be quite tricky, but there are a lot of tutorials in the developer portal.
