I think it would be better if you can share app with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a, post it's name and steps to reproduce. We will test it.

Landscape and Portrait views.... Responsiveness of UI.

Hello!

We are sorry for delay with testing and inconvenience this is causing, but looks like we need some additional help. Could you provide step by step guidance on how to reproduce problem, describe expected and actual result?

1) I installed your app on iPad (iOS7)
2) From start page clicked "Share with my friends" button

When I'm am on Friends screen expected result is that screen is supposed to change orientation?

If so please open iOS keys tab in App Settings, find UISupportedInterfaceOrientations and using Ctrl key select all orientations, save changes and try again.

Landscape and Portrait views.... Responsiveness of UI.

Hi Maryna,

thks for your feed back.
however, not sure my prblm was understood. it's not only the page "share w/ friends" but also the "find out more" which doesn't turn. so, may I ask you to check again ?

difficult for me to explain better, except providing a video to show that it doesn't change to landscape when turning the device, under the appery app tester. despite, it changes fr portrait to landscape when using the mobile viewer.

i m now on other aspect of the app, may you check again based on my materials you were provided with in my previous posts. i'll also investigate more on my side, trying to install the app on the device i/o using the app tester.

best

Landscape and Portrait views.... Responsiveness of UI.

Hi there,

I purchased the iOS developer membership yesterday, and installed the app on a device (iO7). Many things work well, except the portrait to landscape function, as mentioned before.

I checked the App Setting / iOS tab and the "UI...orientation" indicates that landscape is enable ...

in fact, like explained in my previous posts, it does change from Portrait to Landscape and reverse (as per the code I posted before) when testing with the Appery mobile viewer.

but when using the Appery app tester, or installing the app on the device, it doesn't work. any idea ?

looking forward to reading of you guys on that issue,
thk you very much in advance,

Eric

Hello!

Have you tried to select all UISupportedInterfaceOrientations options? Image
