I also get this error message, even that I verified the password (I entered the appery.io login password in the field marked green above.) and that the certificate file has no password. The server response is:
{"errorCode":"ACCM000","message":"Password verification failed","status":"error"}

Hello Thomas,

Could you please clarify, are you sure that you enter the password correctly, with case sensitive or that your certificate is not expired?

Yes, the password has been copied from my keystore (with the same data in the clipboard I was able to log-in) and also entered manually several times.
I also tested several differently made PKCS#12 files (browser export, OS certificate manager export, manually created with OpenSSL) without success.

Hi Thomas,

Could you please send me your certificate and password to a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a? Also attach a link to this thread please.

Can you provide a GPG/PGP key or S/MIME certificate to send it securely?

Hi Thomas,

Unfortunately no. Could you please send in a usual way?
You could also try creating a new certificate..

Hi Thomas,

Could you please tell whether you decided to create a new certificate or are you going to send us the file?

I'm sorry for my late response, I've been on vacation.
Surely you are going to agree that it would be very unwise to send a security certificate including the private key to you via unsafe email. You should provide an other secure option for that.
Just a few minutes ago I tested an other key, freshly generated. It did not work as well.

Hello Thomas,

Please generate some unnecessary certificate, which you will not use. Please check whether you can upload it to Appery.io. If you can't, please send it by usual mail and we will check what is the problem there.
