Import p12 certificate always Password verification failed

I'm trying for two days to import the apple developer certificate, but I always have problems with passwords. I tried again with a certificate already loaded,but even with that I had the same problem. In attach the error print screen.

Please ensure your .p12 certificate contains private key. Upload certificate and fill in Password field only.
