White Screen on Blackberry Simulator

I have my app tried on tiggzi's emulator it works fine....It also works fine on android phones....but when I tried to blackberry simulator (blackberry plugin for eclipse) there is only white screen on blackberry models with version 6 and 7 operating systems....

Do you run it as mobile web app? I'm guessing it has to do with the browser they use. Do you know what they use?

Any way you can try with BlackBerry 10 simulator?

Thanks Max for the immediate reply.....as a follow up I've tested the app made on tiggzi on several other versions of blackberry simulator on different phone models...as a result the app I've made works on some model well on others don't....but the fact is it works smoothly on 9700 version of blackberry simulator....

Hi,

It's something out the scope of our support..
Tiggzi apps are based on Web technologies with the using of HTML5.
Probably old Blackberry versions do not support some HTML5 features.
