Share with Team not functioning

I have four team members in the Team tab confirmed, but I'm getting an error when sharing a folder: "Sorry, You can only share with users within your team." What am I missing?

Could you ask these users to logout and login back? Then please try again and let us know result.

That was it - we weren't seeing the checkbox line item on the Plan tab. All good now. Thx.
