Query not reading the database

I am currently making a quiz and I have all my questions and answers on a database, I added it to the query and my value is number to verify which question to bring up, but when I enter the value on the test it brings up all questions instead of the specific question that the value says. My guess is that the URL incorrect but I'm not sure and if I am I don't know the correct URL.
