Cannot share app with team members

I am trying to share app with another user that I have added under the Accounts-Team tab. However whenever I try to share the app or enable sharing at account level I get the error "Sorry, you can only share with users within your team".

The user is already part of my team and has been added under Account--Team.

I am using Google Chrome.
