Estimotes are devices that send beacons and notifications to phones through bluetooth when the owner of the phone is at a certain distance from the device.
My goal is to create an app that can integrate this and be able to send the notifications.
Any advice on how would help!

I click "Create New" but there is no option for custom code at all
