Empty rows in collection

Hi,

I have a collection where sometimes come in empty rows. Normal way: the user event start a create service with user id and other values.
But sometimes is see in table more empty rows without user id and values. I think this is a mistake but unfortunately i cannot simulate when and why.
Is it possibile if .. :

• when user use the device back button only (on Android)?

• dont close the app long time end the token is invalid?

  The user id is in the local stroge variable of course

  Im frustrated.

  Please somebody help me.

Please provide us with more details. When and where do you use this service? What data do you send via it? Screen shots of mappings and service settings would also help.

Difficult ... Im tested more times but i cannot repoduct never .

Im use this service when the user click a button (invoke service and navigate to main page). The service update the actual record with data if the day today or create a new record is this is not today.
