Working with Push Notification

Is the following tutorial fully functional http://docs.appery.io/tutorials/sendi... ? If so what should happen when I run the application? Also, I receive the following error in the "Send Push Notification" You don't have registered devices. Tried loading the application to my phone using the scan code nothing appears to happen.

Perhaps this is a silly question, however, what do you mean by installing it on my phone? I am understand programming, however, I am fairly new to the appery.io space. I have played around with other tutorials and installed them on my phone using scan code reader.

I mean you have export it as binary and install it on a device.

Apparently I have lots of catching up to do. This is what happens when you send only a few days trying to learn something new. This far all I have done is to create a certificate for both IOS and android.. then uploaded the certificate file into the project. I am hopeful that within the next few days, I will look back at the comments and say "duh!!!". Is there a tutorial that demonstrates how to export the project as a binary and install it on a device. I see the ios binary option, however do not see how to export as a file... sorry to make this so fundamental. understanding the push notification is important to what i am trying to do. so i have to stay with it until i am able to make it work.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. I quickly scanned the documentation and will walk through it in much greater detail tomorrow. I already have .p12 file. I take a much closer look at the documentation tomorrow and walk through it step by step since there is obviously something that I am missing.
