weather app not responding

Get weather app not working. I built the app following the tutorial and it worked fine. I added some pages from another tutorial and It was still working. Now without making any changes it is not working.
The name of the app is irrweather

This is somting new, yesterday I was getting a timed out message.

I received an email from world weather telling me to change the link. I did and still refusing.

Here is my new URL that I placed in the settings

Below is a copy of the email:

As you all are aware that we have been under constant DDOS attack on our network for last few days. We have tried everything to get our solution back but it seems the attack is not subsiding.

Therefore we request all our API users to please change your request url from http://api.worldweatheronline.com to http://api2.worldweatheronline.com

Hi Brian,

What we have found out:

Worldwetheronline still works strange. We think they experience some problems, both endpoints are not stable. We'll keep researching, for now we will not update the tutorial.
