No I'm trying to build the APK after a month or so and last time (in Nov) it worked fine.

We have checked our build logs and found what could be the problem, please in your App Settings - Android binary - Version name: there is a space character between Alpha and 0.9 -- please remove the space character and try again.

okay fixing that seemed to have worked
although its strange because I named the version like that for the last 6 months ?
