Ok I have my app finished. I want to hst it myself. Will I be able to use your publishing service If I do this?
What do I have to do to move the app to my server?
And how do I make my installer, add an Iccon on the home page?

If you built a mobile web app, you can host on name.tiggzi.net or a custom domain that you have.
You can also export the app and upload it to any server of your choice.
As for installer -- there is no installer for mobile web apps.
Adding an icon to the home page -- it differs by OS/browser, but you usually need to create a bookmark for your app and then place it on the home screen.
A step by step documentation for self hosting would be good, as I can't really get my head around it.
Every hosting provider will have different steps for publishing -- it falls outside of our support.
So I have my website on a hosting provider at the moment. Are you saying I can just upload my app there?
How do I publish on app sites from there?
Yes, you should be able to.

I'm not sure I understand this question....
Sorry I have no idea how this works. Wouldn't the apk I build on tiggzi point to stuff on the tiggzi site? Or is that all self contained and is totally portable.
I guess I don't understand how an app communicates with were the resources, etc are stored.
Hosting an app - you publish HTML/JS/CSS to a web server and then access the app via the browser. You would type for example http://m.myapp.com.
.apk file -- you need to publish to Google Play market.
Unless you use the Tiggzi database - nothing will be point back to our servers.
Most aps I install on my phone add a bookmark on my phone, how do I get mine to do that?
If the app is installed from an app store -- an icon will be added automatically.
If you access the app via a URL such as http://m.someappl.com -- then you could bookmark this URL and then add a short cut to the home screen.
