you mean when i run the app in the browser i can see how it looks like on different screeen sizes ??

Please can you provide more details of what exactly you want in a result?
The task to make UI design what which will be the same on all different screens and devices is too general.

I suggest you to make a list of target devices -- then it will be easier to move in direction of responsive web design and make main conditions.

The basic ideas are shown in jQuery Mobile docs.
