Top nav bar went crazy?

Hi,

I'm currently working in Appery and for some reason the top menu bar went crazy over the weekend, currently the top menu bar looks like this:

I've tested it on a tablet, on my phone and on my pc and they all look the same at the moment.
The editor shows:

and the current CSS used is:

Also there are no errors in the console nor can I find a conflicting CSS rule in the browser.

Anyone had the same problem? if so, how did you fix it if you did?

Is nav bar work correctly without overriding CSS ?

No, the problem still exists when I remove the overriding CSS.

Did you try to clear browser cache?

I did multiple times, the problem still exists after. With and without the overriding CSS in place.
