Help! Unable to get past the first step in the tutorial to create an App!!!

When I try to load my app at the first step in the tutorial it gives me an error. "Oops! Error occurred while loading application. You can try to do it again by refreshing the page manualy or contact Appery.io support team https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio" Can you please help me get past this error?

Could you please clarify if you load it in builder or in test mode?

Hi Katya, I have just logged into appery.io and am following the tutorial for "Building you first mobile App". I'm completely new to this so I'm not sure. The error comes up when I select the app I have created named warehouse and I ask to Open it.
