We have created an app using Appery. The app is already in production, finished and working fine. It's on Google Play, but Google Play says that tha app is not compatible with certain devices (small ones) even though we are certain that it is compatible (we have downloaded the app to that type of devices and it works perfectly).
Is there a way to establish that those devices are compatible so that users are allowed to download the app from Google Play?

Could you clarify what do you mean on "certain devices (small ones)"?
Old devices.
Mobiles with operating systems that should be allowed (as they are especified on the app settings on appery) are not allowed to download the app at Google Play.
