Log in Blank screen on appery

We seem to be experiencing problems opening appery.io project. .... Just get blank screen never even an option to log in. Scary!

I was experiencing trouble logging in early this am. Received a blank screen. When I tried the IDE a bit later, somehow auto pushed me into the program itself. Now I am able to log in but one of my developers still cannot log into the program. He is my lead developer on the project and we are stumped. Here is what we have tried so far:

All browsers
New seat on the team to access the IDE
Try to take the backup assets and reinstall in new program

On this last point a further question.

Are we able to totally clone the old code base in a new project? The project backup, is it, accessible to start a new project. If so where can we do this.

Not sure this is working for us. The thought was we could clone and import the whole code base into a new project and see if that was another way around this but this approach does not seem to be working either. He cannot open the saved project file.

The one developer is still unable to open the program. What do you recommend we try next?

Please try the following
1) Ctrl+F5 (Cmd+F5)
2) Clean the cache.

And is it possible to begin a whole new project, but identical with the original project, with a backup of the project, and all the backup options. Is there documentation on how to do this? Where can I find it. thanks for your help! We are looking to Clone it as it is....with new project name/location on appery.io
