Hi,

Im having a problem exporting for Apple. In the app settings i cannot change the "launch images" as none of my resources appear in the media manager. Even when i try to upload something, nothing appears in the window!

When i go to the resource manager threw one of the app pages i can seen the launch image i tried to upload.

I need this sorted asap as i am trying to upload my app to the apple app store today.

Hello! Images you're trying to upload on iOS binary tab should be .png and have exactly the same size as specified.

Thanks a lot, didn't realise they had to be png as it is not mentioned when trying to upload.

Same problem here, except i have png images and they are the same size than requested...

Hi, I have the same issue (png and same size requested). Any know workaround to make it work?

Hello! Please close media manager and open again. Is there image you expect?

No. (I also logged out and sig-i again as well just in case)

Could you send us that image to a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a so we can try on our end?

Already sent. There are four of them; I'm trying to load them as "Launch Images" in the "Android binary" section in the "Project / App settings" Menu.
