Aargh!!!great platform, but cannot get main screen1 image to load (html directory located on subdirectory self hosted)

Can you tell us exactly how you are loading the image and if possible also share the image URL?

Hi, thanks for response. Have loaded IOS build after extracting zipfile dowload
from tiggzi app builder. FTP to subdirectory for testing at: http://clikdit.com/gwtest/. Interestingly, the image asset for the upload has no file extension -tried changing file name to include *.gif but no difference.

How do I get to a page with images? But this is a known problem and which will be fixed in May. Some servers don't like images without extension. One option is to rename all images in your app, to add an extension.

To what extension did you set it to? You should use the same extension as the original file.

Hi, we used .gif, same as original. Just have a feeling i'm missing something really basic, as the site loads fine on local desktop browser except when we rename file to include extension.

Yes, it works fine when testing from tiggzi.com. Can you publish your app with renamed images and send us the link?
