Cannot delete app

The app in the tester and export is an older version than the one in the builder, then i tried to delete app and get an "ALERT, project cannot be deleted right now"

Hello! Your session stayed active on the server after closing the project and that's the reason you couldn't delete the project. Try to logout and login again.

I deleted all my cache, mobile,my computer and others computers, but I still can not delete the app.
