I have created an app that I can download via the https manifest on my ipod touch (old device but with latest iOS 6.1.6 for ipods). However, when I try to download the same app via the same link on my iphone 5 (iOS 7.1) or ipad mini (iOS 7.1) it downloads the app but just as it is finishing the download or right after, it give an error message that the app could not be installed at this time.
Any ideas?
Please note that all three devices are registered in the Apple member center and were used to create the provisioning file.

Also another workaround is to install through the iTunes directly on the device.
We are planning to fix it on April 13.
Using one of the QR apps, I can take the scan of the Appery QR code for the download app, send it to myself, edit and add a "s" to make the http become https. Then by pasting the updated QR code in Safari gives me the option to download the app. Without https the error would be the same as mentioned in the link.
I can use the app in appery.io simulator app, use it directly on the ipod, but will not complete its download on the iphone.
Are there more than one place to change the http to https or other changes...
The app uses multiple services:
Appery.io Database create and query services
Barcode service
Camera service
Javascripts
Popup Pages
Slider panels
Images
Again, everything works just as expected on ipod.

I also have tried to download via the iTunes. iTunes seems to send the whole file and syncs it with iPad. But on the iPad, the icon stays greyish color and when clicked will hang on saying installing. Sometimes it will give the same error as the app could not be downloaded at this time.

Testing at the moment, I was able to install your app on iPad (iOS7) through iTunes.
