I have cleared the cache, logged out shut the browser down and still end up with this:
Hello Pete,
Not reproducible on our side.
Please specify browser version.
Have you tried in different browsers? Does the behavior persist?
This is exactly the same problem I had last night and reported in this thread: https://getsatisfaction.com/apperyio/.... It is nice to see that I am not the only one who had this problem. I tried all the things you mentioned, cleared all caches, restarted browser, restarted computer, nothing worked. Then it magically started working for me this morning, don't know why.
As a workaround you can try to use incognito mode or update browser to the latest version.
We are working to fix this.
This is happening in both Chrome and Firefox (both of which are up to date).
I have just fully uninstalled and re-installed chrome and I am still having intermittent problems with the tester. The problems manifest as:
app does not fully load or load at all
when I have breakpoints set after resuming from breakpoint I can no longer interact with the app, I have to close both the tester and builder tab.
Alena when you say you are working to fix this can you please let us know what is being fixed and when it will be fixed?
This is yet another day of lost productivity due to issues with the appery platform. I am beyond frustrated at this point with all the outages and service issues that have happened recently.
Please suggest some other solution to this issue. I have the latest version of chrome with fresh install and incognito mode does not help. This is preventing me from making any progress in app development as I cannot test/debug the app.
Hi Pete and Greg --
Could you please provide us with a public app link -- http://devcenter.appery.io/documentat...
We need to test this.
The app is shared with support...do you need a public link as well?
